Previously, the equalization of certificates has been made and a decision has been issued.

A copy of the certificate equalization decision.

One (1) day to three (3) days.
Price
Twenty-five thousand dinars (25,000).
Procedures
The applicant must visit the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Directorate of Equalization of Degrees to submit the application.
Visit the room of the Director of Certificate Equalization, in order to discuss the application and determine the next department according to its specialty.
Visit the department according to his/her expertise, in order to submit the documents, verify them, and prepare the equalization decision.
He visits the accounting department to pay the fees.
Visits the Director's Room, in order to re-verify the certificate and approve it.
Visits the Director General for final signature.
Visits the receiving and issuing rooms to record the written number.
