Limited power of attorney (LPoA) is a legal authorization that gives a designated person, termed the agent or attorney-in-fact, limited power to act for another person, known as the principal.

It is for the cancellation of transactions previously conducted in the judicial offices by one or all parties for any reason.

This service is required for the purpose of registering Private Companies and International NGOs at the relevant KRG departments in order to be able to legally operate in the region.

Issuing residency cards to foreigners who have previously been brought to the Kurdistan Region by companies or foreign workers to work as domestic servants. After the expiration of their residency cards, the employee renew the residency cards for the foreign servants on their own sponsorship.

A stamp on the passport or official document of foreigners who have officially arrived in the Kurdistan Region in order to leave the Kurdistan Region, but whose entry visa or residency card has expired or who wish to have their residency card cancelled ,or they are refugees, or foreigners who will be issued an exit passport

Broad power of attorney (BPoA) is a legal authorization that gives a designated person, termed the agent or attorney-in-fact, broad power to act for another person, known as the principal in all legal transactions in the Kurdistan Region.

It is the consent to act on behalf of a person close to the (minor, mental illness)ones or a lawyer at the request of the (minor , mental illness)'s guardian or guardian to carry out Transactions.
