Registration is a contract between the seller and the buyer of a property, according to which the seller sells his property to the buyer, takes legal form and the contract is registered in the real estate registry offices, after receiving the acknowledgment of both parties.
Every piece of equipment used daily for production in factories and companies, such as agricultural and professional equipment, must be certified by a registrar, which records the name of the equipment, type and how to use a unique number, this is used as an identity card for the equipment.
Any individual is eligible to open a personal account at one of the Governmental Commercial Banks and can obtain cheque books in order to deposit or withdraw funds.
It is a document authorising foreign citizens to enter the Kurdistan Region through an electronic system, which is created for this purpose.
