Conditions
The master's or doctoral student must have successfully discussed the letter.
No corrections will be requested when resumption is required.
Under no circumstances will a successful or unsuccessful applicant be reinstated at his/her university before he/she has completed the resumption procedures at the Ministry of Higher Education/Office of Apostle and Cultural Relations.
Documents
Letter of support from the foreign university stating that the applicant has successfully completed his/her master's or doctoral degree.
Letter of objection to the absence of his university in the Kurdistan Region, which agrees to resume work.
Filling out the reinstatement transaction form.
Time
Three (3) days.

Procedures
Applicants do not need to visit the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research but can submit their application electronically through the following link, reaching the Office of Apostle and Cultural Relations.
After the application forms are received by the Apostle Directorate, all administrative procedures will be carried out. The application response will be returned to the applicant's university electronically
