Conditions
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
He must be present in person or have an attorney according to a power of attorney (general or limited) organized by the court.
Documents
For citizens inside the Kurdistan Region: National card or passport, (original and copy).
For foreign citizens: Residency card and passport, (original and copy).
Time
Twenty (20) minutes to one (1) hour.
Price
- Three thousand Iraqi Dinars (3000) for approval.
- 1000 Iraqi Dinars for financial currency.
This service is provided in accordance with the Financial Fees Law No. 14 of 1981, the Fee Presentation Committee of the Judicial Office No. (8/6/584) on 15/3/2017
- If the document is on an amount of money, then for every one million dinars (1,000,000) the amount of two thousand Iraqi dinars (2000) will be charged accordingly
Financial receipt (37a) from b. Ministry of Finance provided that the amount does not exceed thirty thousand Iraqi Dinars (30,000).

The applicant will visit the Directorate of Legal Affairs in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research building.
