Conditions
The candidate must be present in person. If he or she is not present, a legal representative must act.
Documents
Candidate personal documents (national card and passport).
If the service is requested by the attorney :attorney’s national card and power of attorney.
Time
One (1) day to three (3) days.
Price
Free of charge.
Procedures
The candidate or his/her attorney shall visit the Qualification Directorate within the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Visit the HCED department, to submit an application and follow up on their work.
