Conditions
The foreigner must have officially arrived in the Kurdistan Region, have an entry visa or residency card, otherwise they will not be issued an exit stamp.
The foreigner must be present.
Eighteen (18) years of age or older. If under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent must be present or have the legal approval of the parent.
Upon expiry of the entry visa or residency card, the foreigner must pay all late financial penalties.
Work will be done on the statement No. (1) of 2021 on the issuance of electronic visas and residency cards, and the Foreigners residency Law No. (76) of 2017 of the Iraqi House of Representatives.

Thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour.
Price
According to Directive No. (1) of 2021, the following guidelines for issuing electronic visas and residency permits in the Kurdistan Region:
(60,000) Sixty thousand dinars Issuance stamp fee.
Penalty for expiration of entry visa or residency card is twenty (20,000) thousand dinars per day.

Procedures
The foreigner visits the Relevant residency department according to geographical boundaries.
He visits the departure department to submit his application, audit his case and prepare receipts for fees and penalties.
Visits the accounting room, in order to pay the amount of fees.
He will visit the departure room again, in order to scan his file, get the exit stamp to his passport or exit document and complete his transaction.
