The Unique Unit Number (UEN) is a unique 14-digit identifier, given to all companies and business activities in the Kurdistan Region, becoming a digital identity for their procedures and activities.

Conditions

For newly incorporated companies, upon finalization of the incorporation transaction and receipt of the certificate of incorporation, an unequaled unit number (UEN) will be issued.

Local Company Registration

For previously established companies, a unique unit number (UEN) will be issued by re-identifying their companies in the business entities registration system under the following conditions:

The Authorized Manager and all partners must have a Unique Personal Number (UPN).

Provision of Unique Personal Number {UPN}

Filling out the prepared form for the re-identification process is available at the provincial companies directorates and the service portal.

The service provider must complete the prepared pledge form and the actual beneficiary form, available at the provincial companies directorate and the service portal.

Documents

For the company re-identification process, the following documents are required:

Personal photo copy of shareholders on A4 sheets.

Copy of shareholder signatures on A4 sheet.

Copy of the signature of the authorized manager on A4 sheet.

National Identity Card, Shareholders and Authorized Director Information Card scanned on one A4 sheet.

For companies whose license has been renewed for more than one year, they must submit the following documents:

Updated tax returns.

Updated social security cleanliness.

Updated budget from the Accountants Union.

Renewed licenses of the company's activities from the relevant party, depending on the type of activity of the company.

For already established companies undergoing company recognition process, visit the provincial companies directorate according to geographical boundaries.

The company's authorized manager or legal representative visits the file room to receive the company's file.
