Conditions

The requestor must be an employee of the company or the factory making the request.

Ministerial Decision for the company registration at the KRG's Ministry of Health.

Documents

Notarized Certificate of origin.

Packaging list of the imported equipments.

Invoice of the purchased equipments.

Attach a graphic of the equipment (photo of the device).

One (1) to (3) business days

Price

Reference to administrative decree no. (4527) issued on 25/5/2014 the cost is:
One thousand (1,000) Iraqi Dinars for the application form and twenty thousand (20,000) Iraqi Dinar for temporary licence for importing natural medication and food supplements.

The requestor submits the application thorough: erequest.kmcakrg.org

After completion of the online request, the requestor visits the accounting in order to pay the relevant fees.

The requestor visits the printing office to submit the receipt of the payment and printing the permission letter (licence).

The requestor visits the relations office to collect the permission.
