This service is to return the human remains to Kurdistan following death internationally.

Conditions
Submitting an application by the deceased first of kin to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFR) to request for the repatriation.
Provide supporting documents, such as copies of IDs.
Documents
Copies of IDs and Passport or Residency card of the deceased (if available).
International Death Certificate provided by the hospital overseas.
Medical Report demonstrating the location, time and cause of the death.
Copy of the agreement between a private company that carries out the return of the remains and the deceased first of kin in order to obtain "No objection letter" from DFR to repatriate the human remains to the Kurdistan Region.
Personal ID or Passport copy of the individual making the request.
