Conditions
The citizen must be present because a scan of the eyelids and fingers will be taken.
Every citizen shall have his own unique personal number (UPN). No one's number is the same and there is no duplicate. No one can have two (2) unique personal numbers (UPN).
For public sector employees, they must have a letter of support from their office along with the employee's eligibility documents and approved biometric forms.
The employee's ID card must be issued for no more than ten (10) years and the photograph on the ID card must be the same as the person.
Foreign nationals can generate an Unmatched Personal Number (UPN), provided they have a residence card.
In case of loss of Unique Personal Number (UPN) the service provider can visit the registration centers according to geographical boundaries to retrieve the (UPN).
Documents
The validity of the national card or civil status ID card shall not exceed ten (10) years.
For salaried employees (pensioners, heirs of relatives of martyrs, Anfal victims and political prisoners) salary ID.
For foreign citizens, passports and residency cards must not have expired.
To obtain (UPN), for the purpose of company registration, national card and original passport.

Ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes.

Procedures

Visit section One to get a finger scan, eye scan, photography and create a personalized file.
Visit section Two, in order to scan his ID and record his information.
