Conditions
The applicant must have attained the age of eighteen (18).
There must be income tax clearance of all those involved in the contract.
For the intellectual property, if it is an institution, the head of the institution shall perform the contract in addition to his work; if it is a company, the authorized director of the company shall perform the contract in addition to his work.
If one party to the contract is a company, a deduction of corporate income tax is required.
If the attorney performs the contract, he should have the right to perform the contract.

If a company owner a Chamber of Commerce ID card or company administrative resolution is required.

Twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes.
Price
According to the Judicial Fees Law No. (114) of 1981 and (Consensus of the Committee to Regulate the Fees of Judicial Offices No. (8/6/584) on 2017/3/15:
- The money fee will be charged for each million (1,000) one thousand dinars, but if the company or the government is a party to the contract, for each million (2,000) two thousand dinars will be charged.
- The approval fee of this transaction shall not exceed (30,000) thirty thousand dinars.
- The amount of (15,000) fifteen thousand dinars will be charged from citizens by Info RR Company.
- The money fee will be charged for each million (1,000) one thousand dinars, but if the company or the government is a party to the contract, for each million (2,000) two thousand dinars will be charged.
- The approval fee of this transaction shall not exceed (30,000) thirty thousand dinars.
- The amount of (15,000) fifteen thousand dinars will be charged from citizens by Info RR Company.
Procedures
The applicant visits one of the judicial offices.
He visits the Legal Information Department to determine the type of transaction.
Visit the accountant of the company's service center, in order to receive receipts and arrange the transaction.
Visits the judge, in order to obtain a letter from the relevant authorities, for example, to obtain a tax and income clearance.
After receiving the reply, he visits the office accountant for payment.
He visits the courtroom for the judge's signature and the completion of his transaction.
