Conditions
Documents must be original or approved photographs.
Documents issued outside the Kurdistan Region and approved by the KRG representations must first be approved by the Foreign Relations Office and then submitted to the Ministry of Justice for approval.
Documents issued outside the Kurdistan Region and approved by the Iraqi Embassy must be verified at the office of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Erbil Branch), then verified at the Foreign Relations Office and then legally verified at the Ministry of Justice. They are then used in the offices of the Kurdistan Region.
The holder of the document or his power of attorney or first-degree relative must be present.
Documents
Original photograph and copy of national card or citizenship or any other identity card appropriate to the document being verified.
Original copies and photographs of each document.

Procedures
After approval of the document in the Office of Foreign Relations, the employee visits the office of the Ministry of Justice.
Visits the Director's Room of the Communications Directorate for verification and approval.
Visits the document audit room, in order to complete the transaction.
